And on human rights, we had a broad coalition on that, and it's too bad that certain countries like Egypt and Pakistan and Cuba and frankly China tried to derail it, but we'll deal with it in the General Assembly and I think there's some steam behind it,

I don't want to underestimate the difficulty of this, because Colombia is paradise next to Afghanistan.

In our opinion, there is no international support for this idea. I don't think this idea is going to work in the future, and the United States will not support this.

This is a very dramatic development. These gentlemen who have been arrested do have ties reportedly, have longstanding ties with Syria.

The U.S. would very much like to bring this to the council if we can get sufficient support, ... We think it belongs in the council.

The United States conducts interventions (against drug trafficking) at the invitation of the Colombian government.

We only had 50 survivors at the event. We sent out 75 invitations from last year plus an additional 20 that were brought to our attention. So far, we have identified approximately 100 survivors and we are working to get more of them to keep coming to our annual event.

We have contacted 90 survivors, some from last year and new ones who joined us this year, and invited them to come and participate in this event. The survivors will also need to check in at their table between 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. where they will receive their purple survivor's shirt and a Relay for Life t-shirt if they are on a team.

We are looking for 30 to 35 teams to sign up for this year's event. A team consists of eight to 15 members and each team can select its own anti-cancer slogan.

We are concerned about the inability thus far of Bolivia's new president to articulate whether or not he will allow coca eradication and US counter-narcotics assistance to continue.
